KPHL GEARING UP FOR PETROLEUM FORUM
Kumul Petroleum is excited to host the 2024 PNG Petroleum and Energy Conference (PEC 24) from October 17-18 at the Hilton Hotel in Port Moresby.
The conference will promote investment opportunities in PNG, while also discussing the transitioning to a greener energy future.
Kumul Petroleum Managing Director Wapu Sonk said, “Resource development is central to economic growth in Papua New Guinea and as the world moves towards to a greener energy future, LNG is an essential transition fuel, both domestically and internationally.
“The line-up of key speakers at the conference are at the cutting edge of energy production. This includes Dr Fereidun Fesharaki, a globally recognised economist in the oil and gas sector, and Daniel Johnston, a renowned expert on fiscal financing in the petroleum sector.”Mr Sonk outlined.
