TRANS WONDERLAND LTD DIVERSIFIES INTO NEW VENTURES
Trans Wonderland Limited (TWL), a leading landowner company from Papua New Guinea’s (PNG) resource-rich provinces, is making major strides in diversifying its business operations.
The company’s core business of trucking has expanded into a range of sectors, including logistics, energy, and data services. This move comes as TWL seeks to leverage opportunities presented by the country’s burgeoning oil and gas industry.
Speaking on the FM100 talkback show, Operations Manager Desmond Kerali shared the company’s progress in expanding its footprint.
TWL has established key partnerships, including a joint venture with Sarens, a global leader in heavy lifting and engineered transport services.
“This is a 50-50 joint venture, and we’re excited about the potential. Sarens P&G is only two years old, but we’re already making a big impact in the industry,” Kerali stated.
TWL’s ventures also include TWL Data, specializing in aerial surveys, and TWL Energy Ventures, which is involved in small-scale LNG projects. With further growth expected in PNG’s oil and gas sector, TWL is positioning itself to be a key player. The company plans a major recruitment drive in early 2025 to support its growing operations.
