CPL CO-FOUNDER SIR MAHESH PATEL LAUNCHES NEW BOOK

Sir Mahesh Patel, Co-founder of CPL Group of Companies yesterday launched his book titled “The Power of Perserverance,” encapsulating his 40 years journey in Papua New Guinea.

Sir Mahesh’s shared that he wrote his biography as inspiration to the youth and also a testament to resilience, curiosity and the power of seizing opportunities.

Sir Mahesh also emphasized that through this book, he hopes to empower youths in the country, reiterating the importance of perseverance, collaboration and humility as the key virtues of success.

His journey here in the country started 40 years ago when he arrived for the first time as a young pharmacist seeking an adventure and opportunity, this is one of the many highlights captured in the CPL Group of Companies Co-founder’s new book titled.

Sir Mahesh shared his pride and joy of the launch of a biographical journey that started in February 2022, a journey captured through the semantic lens of the Australian author, Paul Upham.

He extended his gratitude to Paul Upham for capturing his journey in Papua New Guinea as a young Pharmacist to raising a beautiful family and to his successful business that has been serving the people of PNG since 1987 and will continue to serve the people of PNG for the years to come.

Paul Upham gave a brief reflection of the journey of the writing journey “Mahesh’s story, also points out the challenges and obstaecles he faced in his journey and also his achievements to being a very successful business figure in the business sector.

The book also shed on his journey as a devoted business figure spending time and giving back back to the young people that he meets around the world and particularly here in Papua New Guinea.

Through the CPL Foundation, he is helping the people of Papua New Guinea, women and children, and that is what he has communicated in his book.

The book will be available in CPL shops by the end of January going for a price of K49 and all the proceedings will go towards the CPL foundation in supporting women and girls in the country.
