NO MAJOR INCIDENTS REPORTED AT WAIGANI POLICE STATION

No major incidents such as killings, accidents or fighting incidents reported at the stations during the Christmas period, which was observed and celebrated yesterday night.

Waigani Police Station commander Bill Warake lauded the residents of the Moresby-North West as well as the city residents for a wonderful and peaceful observation of the Police Orders and celebrated the Christmas peacefully and Safe.

PSC Chief Sergeant Warake said unlike the past, this Christmas was somehow celebrated peacefully and urged the city resident to maintain the spirit into the New Year period and moving forward.

Chief Sergeant Wareke said Waigani Police were on high alert and were on the foot patrols, making sure things were in orders and people have obeyed the orders.

HE further thanked his men and women in blue for the well-done job and urged them continue drive change into the communities and people’s mind for greater and safer city.
