PNGDF PERSONNEL TO RESUME DUTIES

THE PNG Defense Force personnel will resume duties before this month ends, this is according to the Chief of Defense Force, Rear Admiral Philip Polewara.

After taking their breaks or on the stand-down for Christmas and New Year since 13th of December last year, the personnel are now called to get ready and return for duties commencing soon.

Chief of Defense Force Polewara said the resumption of the duties is on 20th of January 2025, and all personnels on their stand-down must return to their respective bases for 2025 operations.

Polewara says the holiday was for them to rest, spend time with families before resuming duties in various capacities and roles in the force to serve the country.
