TARI MAN WINS HIS SECOND VEHICLE

A lucky young man from Tari is the proud winner of a new promotional car and driver away with it, after the winner was announced today by the management of Thomand Shopping Plaza, located in North Waigani, Port Moresby.
Benjamin Petrus, from Komo-Magarima district in the Hela province was randomly picked as the lucky winner of a brand new JMC Motor Vehicle, which was going on for a promotion for more than five weeks.
However, it was not Benjamin Petrus’ first win, he also won a Ford Ranger from a same promotion, done by Pacific Industries or Pepsi, last year.
Benjamin Petrus only spent K285 to win his second brand new vehicle from the promotion by different business companies.
“I’m very lucky man,” an excited Petrus told media.
“It was really a surprised and shocking to me.
“I’m very thankyou of the and grab the opportunity with both hands.”
Petrus said he actually spent more than K200, but made four different receipts, in which the one he shopped for K85 was randomly picked by NCD Metropolitan Superintendent Chief Inspector Silva Sika as the winner.
“Thankyou to Thomand Shopping Plaza for the promotion.
“This is my second car; I also won the Pepsi promotion last year and the car is still with me.”
Thomand Shopping Plaza director Kevin Chan commended the participants and added that more promotions coming up.
“Congratulation to the young man and more promotions coming up as we prepare for the 50th Independent Anniversary.
“Thankyou to all participants, more will come as we move into the future,” Chan said.
Petrus will pick his second new promotional car on Monday.
Meanwhile, other winners includes mobile phone and Tables, which was also won by other city residents.
