RIGO RICE AND NORTH LAKES ESTATE GIVES K30,000 TO TUBUSEREIA PRIMARY SCHOOL

RIGO Rice Management, Competition Executives and North Lakes Estate donated a K30,000 to Tubusereia Primary School during a fundraising drive at Tubusereia Village over the weekend.
This endowment will go towards the school’s rehabilitation exercise, which was aimed at building new classrooms and a library which will elevate the academic level and learning standard for the local school.
Rigo Rice Cup CEO Mcsteve Polly emphasized on the importance of empowering human resource in Papua New Guinea, affirming it as a substantial slant towards building a better future for the nation and respective vicinities.
He says Investing in human resource is like shaping the future if this country and he is glad to make this contribution to Tubusereia Primary School.
The donation was complemented with 100 Rigo Rice Bags, which were sold during the fundraiser, with proceeds given back to the school’s board of management for this worthy cause.
The CEO says with little community empowerment incentives like this donation, Rigo Rice believes that supporting and empowering educational institution is a holistic approach that has a long-term benefit for local communities and its people.
