OPPOSITION LEADER COMMENDS GOVERNMENT MINISTERS

The Deputy Opposition Leader, James Nomane, in the recent Parliament sitting commended the Marape-Rosso Government and especially the Prime Minister, James Marape, for using his prerogative to appoint certain Ministers that have been absolutely outstanding in their performance and policy implementation.

Nomane said the Opposition not only holds the Executive Government to account, but they also give credit where credit is due.

Mr Nomane gave his full commendation to the Minister for Coffee William Bando. Mr Nomane says the Highlands Region, and especially the Eastern Highlands Province and Simbu, have been abuzz with praise for the Coffee Minister and the work he is doing for the Coffee Industry.

The Deputy Opposition Leader, also commended the Minister for Higher Education & Sports Kinoka Feo, for his interactions and elevation of statuses of institutions and for driving policy.

Mr Nomane says it is a breath of fresh air, to see these first time MPs, doing tremendous jobs in their respective spaces.

He also commended the Minister for International Trade and Investment Richard Maru, for effectively driving his Ministry, promoting trade and investment for the country and for promoting the overall profile of PNG in the international arena.
