SIX GOVT HEADS SIGN EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT

SIX heads of government departments and agencies today signed their respective 4-year employment contract at the State House at Konedobu, Port Moresby.

Governor General Sir Bob Dadae, officiated the signing of employment contract for the heads of departments.

The six heads included the Secretary for the Department of Works and Highways, Mr. Gibson Holemba, who has been contracted for 4 years, CEO of PNG Tourism Promotion Authority Mr. Eric Mossman Uvovo contracted with another 4 years, Chief Immigration officer of the Papua New Guinea Immigration and Citizenship Authority (PNG ICSA) Mr. Wellington Navasivu for another 4 years, CEO of the National Procurements Commission, Mr. Joe Sapa for another 3 years, Secretary for the Department of Information and Communication Technology (DICT) Steven Matainaho contracted for another 4-year and the Provincial Administrator for Manus, Mr. Mamo Kasalau for a 4- year contract.

These appointments were endorsed by the National Executive Council has been gazetted in the National Gazette.
