KAVIENG DDA FULLY COMPLIES WITH GST S65A OBLIGATION

THE Kavieng District Development Authority has fully complied with the S65A Obligations in remitting over K3 million to the Internal Revenur Commission.

Last week Kavieng DDA Finance Manager Mr Joseph Silas presented cheque of K3,014,460.77 to the Kavieng Tax Office Manager, Mr. Allan Wawaga,

These payments cover outstanding GST S65A remittances for the years 2023, 2024, and 2025, bringing KDDA up to date as of the current month.

This significant milestone reflects the strong collaboration between IRC Kavieng and the Kavieng District Development Authority in improving compliance and increasing revenue collections.

The effort demonstrates the importance of ongoing partnership and commitment to fulfilling statutory tax obligations under the GST S65A provisions.
