PANAMEX PACIFIC BRING SMILES TO CHILDREN AT POMGEN

PANAMEX Pacific Limited brought smiles to young patients at Port Moresby General Hospital today with a generous donation.
The company donated ten cartons of Anchor juice, a bale of Pure Days pads, seventy-two packets of Omo and 100 Anchor booklets to two children’s wards. Ward 3C has 48 children and Ward 1B has 52 children a total 0f 100 children.
Marketing Coordinator Jacob Pesul said that during this Independence period, it is important to bring joy to the “little heroes” who are spending time in hospital.
Children’s Unit Coordinator Fred Aluma expressed appreciation for the visit saying such gestures bring smiles to the children’s faces even though they are very sick. “This can help in their recovery process, and it is something the staff of the Port Moresby General Hospital Children’s Ward appreciate very much.
He thanked Panamex Pacific Limited for taking the time to visit the sick children and put smiles on their faces during the 50th Independence celebrations, a time when these children cannot go out and be part of the celebrations.
Panamex has been making donations since 2020, but this was the first time they visited the children’s wards at Port Moresby General Hospital, and they said it will continue to support and visit the sick children.
