MAJORITY OF FLY ZIBO WARDS COMPLETE POLLING

POLLING in the Fly Zibo Local Level Government in Middle Fly District is progressing well, with most wards now completing their voting.

Assistant Returning Officer, Mr. Noel Kaiyun, says several councillors have already been declared elected, while polling continues in a few remaining wards.

So far, confirmed councillor elected in the 2025 LLG Elections include;
Stanley Kairon for Kuem Ward, elected unopposed,
Bernard Gabriel for Mipan,
Ambrose Petrus for Manda also unopposed,
Adia Norman for Komovai,
Alex Joseph for Boikumava or Kasa,
and Joshua Gibalo for Levame Ward.

Polling is still underway in Wangawanga and Kaviananga Wards, while Bosset is the only ward yet to begin polling.

Team Two is expected to complete polling in Wangawanga before moving to Bosset, and Team One is finalizing polling in Kaviananga.

Mr. Kaiyun has commended the polling teams for maintaining order and ensuring a fair and transparent process throughout Fly Zibo LLG.
