PAITA ELECTED NEW MOROBE GOVERNOR

REINBO Paita Finschafen MP and leader of the newly established political Party, OUR Party, has been elected the new Governor of Morobe, replacing the Late Governor, Luther Akisawa Wenge.
Paita defeated Tewae Siassi MP, Dr Kobby Bomareo 23-22.
Acting Chairman of the Morobe Tutumang and Deputy Governor, Willie Simbisi made the declaration at the Tutumang house today.
The Tutumang (provincial assembly) has been suspended for the Chairman to make his declaration of office.
