LISPEKA Bulldogs of Eastern Highlands were the team in the 2025-26 National Gaming Control Board Ipatas Cup to book the major grand final spot.
Lispeka Bulldogs narrowly defeated the Pepka Hawks of Western Highlands in a physical 6 points to 2 contest to earn the grand final ticket.
Both teams coming off nil-all at the break at the Lae Rugby League Oval before Bulldogs led by former PNG Hunters and PNG Kumuls Keven Appo and Roger Kenny to a much-anticipated victory.
Meanwhile, the decide between the Kulaka West of Jiwaka and Morobe Pride of Morobe is underway.
The winner of the Kulaka West and Morobe Pride to face the Bulldogs in the major grand final showdown tomorrow, Sunday, the 11th of January 2025 in Lae.
