BOGIA DDA ALLOCATES K3,000 TO EACH TERTIARY STUDENT

THE BOGIA Students attending various tertiary institutions in the country will be relieved off school fee burdens this year, as Bogia District Development Authority (DDA) is allocating K3,000 to assist with school fee for each students.


This was confirmed by the Bogia MP and Chairman of the Bogia DDA, Hon Robert Naguri.
Mr Naguri said since he took office in 2018, the Bogia DDA has prioritized assisting all Bogia Tertiary Students with school fee subsidies.


In previous years, students from the Almami and Yawar LLG has been receiving K2,000 per student while the students from Iabu LLG have been receiving K3,000 per student.


The Bogia MP told this newsroom that this year, the DDA will be assisting Bogia Tertiary College students with K3,000 per child right across the board.


Meanwhile, Bogia students attending tertiary institutions are advised to visit the Bogia DDA office in New Town, Madang Province to collect application forms, and attached with necessary documents before classes resume.
