CCEP PNG CONTINUES TO MINIMIZE CARBON FOOTPRINTS

COCA-Cola Europacific Partners PNG will continue to look at opportunities to minimize carbon footprint.
CCEPNG Head of Public Affairs, Communications & Sustainability Dorothy Bengo outlines the companyβs progress and future plans in environmental stewardship, particularly in packaging and waste management.
Ms Bengo made these remarks in the recent annual Business Conference in Lae, further stating that CCEPNG continues to look at opportunities on how to manage package waste, disposal of beverage plastic bottles through the collection program in Port Moresby and Lae.
She says, in 2025, CCEP PNG collected, granulated, and shipped offshore more than 29 million plastic bottles, maintaining its position as the only beverage manufacturer in Papua New Guinea actively recycling its PET bottles.
As the company moves into 2026, CCEP PNG reaffirms its commitment to delivering on its promise of Great Brands, Great People, Great Execution β Done Sustainably, ensuring value for consumers, customers, and communities across the country.
