CCEP PNG SETS AMBITIOUS DIRECTION FOR 2026

COCAL-Cola Europacific Partners PNG (CCEP PNG) has outlined a bold strategic direction for 2026 following the successful completion of its annual Business Conference, held this year in Lae for the first time.

The conference brought together the top forty managers under the theme “Further Together”, reinforcing the company’s commitment to collaboration, capability building, and sustainable growth.

CCEP PNG Country Manager Tim Solly highlighted the significance of the annual gathering, describing it as a critical platform for aligning leaders across the business.

Mr Solly says, such annual business conference brings all senior managers together to understand the business plans set by the Country Leadership Team—from Commercial and Supply Chain to the support functions—setting the tone for the year.

The conference featured presentations from key leaders across the Pacific region and PNG operations, including Pacific Managing Director Steve Inch, Head of Supply Chain Gary Pay, Chief Financial Officer Vinesh Su-chak, Head of People & Culture Fred Daniels, Head of Legal & Security Joyce Agaru, and Head of Public Affairs, Communications & Sustainability Dorothy Bengo.

Head of People & Culture Fred Daniels emphasized CCEP PNG’s continued investment in talent development saying CCEP PNG remains an employer of choice and is focused on raising the bar when it comes to building capability.
