THE Chief Commissioner of Lands Commission Molean Kilepak has urge departmental leaders to decentralize government services to neglected provinces in Papua New Guinea
Speaking at the Nasfund FM100 talk back show, the Chief Commissioner Kilepak highlighted that during the recent departmental briefing at APEC House, he challenged other departmental heads to consider decentralizing government services to provinces that have yet to benefit.
He emphasized the need to extend government services to provinces that have not benefitted, noting that for the past 50 years, the same provinces have been prioritized.
The Chief Commissioner’s comments highlight a growing push within the public service to ensure that there is service delivery to neglected regions, through the establishment of departmental offices in various provinces.
