TOTAL ENERGIES OPENS THIRD SERVICE STATION IN LAE

Total Energies today opened a million kina investment in Lae when Managing Director Daniel Dominè commissioned the Total Energy Javani Service station.
The service station that was opened yesterday and brings the number of Total Energy service stations in Lae to three, and it is the only service station in Lae with an automated Car Wash bay, a small confectionary shop serving the best meat pies in town, and 12 Bouchers serving diesel and petrol and automotive lubricants at its location, Javani street, directly opposite the Lae Golf Course.
This service station will be open 24/7 daily and will be operated by a local, Lae based businessman Reuben Kandiu.
Total Energy Managing Director Daniel Dominè says as a global fuel dealer, the company is committed to reducing carbon dioxide emissions as the service station is fully powered by solar energy.
Mr Dominè says the company is committed to developing fuel and energy supply in the country because everyone has the right to clean and reliable energy.
He further explained that currently most of the fuel supply business from Total Energies is based in Port Moresby, the company is now shifting to focus on centers outside of Port Moresby, especially Lae.
MD Domine says with current challenging issues of security and environmental health involved in the fuel and energy supply industry in the country, Total Energies is committed to working with all businesses and communities in the country to achieve a reliable, safe amd secured fuel and energy supply chain for the people of PNG.
