MONI PLUS DONATES LIBRARY KITS TO CARR MEMORIAL ADVENTIST PRIMARY SCHOOL

MONI Plus has supported Buk blo Pikinini’s School Library Re-establishment Program with the purchase of Elementary Kit 3 and a Primary Kit 2 books at the cost of K4000 that were donated to Carr Memorial Adventist Primary School in NCD on Friday 07th February.

Moni Plus Sales Support Manager Benard Mambote said this donation is part of ensuring their support for the platform of education in the country.

Mr. Mambote says Moni Plus would like to portray giving back to the community, and that is through improving students’ materials, such as books as this will promote and help the education of children.

He also thanked Buk Bilong Pikinini (BPB) for submitting the request

He says this donation will greatly help the students as it will enhance their reading capacity, and their understanding to learn more and gain more knowledge.

In the meantime, BbP Public Relations & Marketing Officer Mary Sawa said BbP is very grateful to Moni Plus for their support to their School Library Re-establishment Program, by purchasing two of our School Library Kits to donate to Carr memorial Adventist School.

Moni Plus has purchased specifically an Elementary Kit 3 and a Primary Kit 2, comprising a total of 750 books, that will be of very beneficial to the students and teachers.

She says this donation is also a timely Back to School gift as well to start off the year and thanked the school’s Deputy Principal Mrs. Jachabed Lagani and students present for accepting this donation on behalf of the whole school.

She says BbP was happy to select Carr Memorial Primary School to be the recipient of this donation as it is a feeder school to the Early Childhood Library learning centre located within the UPNG campus.

She adds that they know that with this donation, not only will former BbP students but other students as well, can borrow, do homework and research assignments.

Meanwhile the school’s Deputy Principal Mrs. Lagani acknowledged BbP and thanked Moni Plus for the timely donation that will assist students in their students.
