HIRI KOIARI DDA STRENGTHENS CHURCH-GOVERNMENT PARTNERSHIP

THE Hiri Koiari District Development Authority in Central continues to strengthen its church partnership program across the district with the recent delivery of a 3 bedroom house and a vehicle to the United Church West Papua Region in Roku village, symbolizing another commitment fulfilled through its church – government partnership program.
HKDDA chairman and local MP Keith Iduhu in his keynote address, recognised the roles of churches in the community, and under his leadership, the DDA is focussed on early childhood learning and stressed that church is the bridge to connect the youths and children who are most vulnerable at this time.
Bishop Harry Ovae expressed his sincere gratitude for the support that have come out of the church partnership program.
He expressed his sincere gratitude towards Mr Iduhu for his leadership in recorgnisng the roles of churches in communities.
