DAY 1 of counting in the Kavieng By- Election commenced today and after count 2, the progressive results for the first 5 local Level Governments Tikana LLG, Sentral LLG, Namatanai, Nimamar and Tanir LLG are;
After count 2 in 5 LLGs of New Ireland province beginning the counting progress, the top 3 leaders are;
