THE Central Province Governor Rufina Peter officially launch three major transformative projects at Bautama, Central Province

The event marked a significant milestone in the Central Provincial Government’s drive to improve infrastructure, security and service delivery to its communities effectively paving the way for a new township at Bautama.

CPG Governor Rufina Peter said today marks a milestone for the central development infrastructure that will serve the Central province future generations and may this day also make end of delay and rise of economic development in central province.

These three major projects include the launching of Bautama boom toll gate, the construction of phase 1 of Bautama Provincial Market and the residential estate development project at Port Moresby.

Meanwhiel, Central Provincial Administrators Mr. Bala Kapa said these projects not just represent infrastructure but the very heartbeat of the opportunity, inclusivity and sustainable growth for the people of Central.

He emphasized that these projects demonstrate share development vision when national leadership, provincial governance and community work together.

The Central Province Governor Rufina Peter was joined by Deputy Prime Minister John Rosso representing Prime minister, Abau MP Sir Puka Temu, member for Rigo Sir Ano Pala, member for Goilala Casmiro Aia, Member for Hiri Koiari Kieth Iduhu, the distinguished guests, LLG presidents and the central community as they gathered to witness the launching.
