MV TAMO; NEWEST ADDITION OF KOKOPO BEACH BUNGALOW RESORT

KOKPO Beach Bungalow (KBB) Resort is excited to introduce its newest addition: the MV Tamo.

This charming 53-foot air conditioned liveaboard vessel, built by Maritimo in Gold Coast Australia, is ready to provide guests with unforgettable adventures.

Mr Simon Foo and wife Evelyn Foo have been searching for the perfect boat for years, as they needed a reliable vessel to transport guests and explore the beautiful surrounding islands in air conditioned, comfort and beautiful cabins together with cooking facilities and a BBQ.

Mrs Foo explained, after months of searching, she found the ideal boat-MV Tamo and named it in loving memory of her great grandmother, who is from Lulak village near Mongop High School in New Ireland Province, making the vessel even more special.

While MV Tamo offers a wonderful experience for all who board. It’s very comfortable for families.

“I know a lot of people will have a great experience on board,” said Mrs Foo.

The resort plans to use MV Tamo for trips to the Duke of York islands and the stunning southern region of Pomio.

“We hope that those who take it out will enjoy it as much as we do,” Mrs Foo shared, excited about the adventures ahead.

Acquiring the right boat has been a journey for KBB Resort, Simon and Evelyn are confident MV Tamo will be a valuable asset.

“This boat will have a lot of work ahead to showcase the beauty of East New Britain,” she emphasized, pointing out the importance of reliable transportation for their guests.

Beyond its practical benefits, MV Tamo is an opportunity for visitors to create new memories.

Therefore MV Tamo is available for day trips, evening, VIP cruises, 2-3-day tours and fishing adventures.

She said, her aim is to explore the breathtaking natural beauty of East New Britain.

“We want to show our guests the beauty of Duke of York and Pomio,” Mrs Foo said grinning.
