BSP WANTOK WALLET TO PROVIDE EASE OF ACCESS TO BANKING SERVICES

Since the launch of BSP’s Wantok Wallet last week, the nationwide roadshow across 22 selected outlets across the country. Yesterday, the BSP Financial Group marketing was in Lae city with personnel from the Lae Branch and the 4’10 Investment Agent to raise more awareness for the Wantok wallet across the country.

The Head of Branch for Network Retail Banking, Kili Tambua spoke with FM100 news stated that this new extension of the Mobile banking service is a game-changer and is specifically targeting people that many times may not be able to acquire proper documentation in time to open an account with the bank.

He said a lot of hardworking people find it difficult to access banking services across the country, especially those in the rural areas of the country and has expressed great enthusiasm for the product adding that this is the solution for the people and will positively change the way people do banking.

Mr. Kili was also present during the awareness drive in Nadzab and praised the agent as one of the highest performing agents in the country. He said among almost 275 agents across the country, 4’10 Investment agent is one of the key performing agents in Morobe province.
