DATEC HOSTS 15TH GRADUATION CEREMONY


DATEC Learning Centre, has contributed more than 2000 professionals in the Information, Community and Technology (ICT) and business professionals.


The learning centre hosted its 15th graduation ceremony at the Sir John Guise Stadium, with 335 graduates receiving their diplomas and advanced diplomas.


The graduands completed courses specializing in IT, Server and Network Administration, Data Analysis and Data Science, Project Management, Business Intelligence and Cyber Security.


With digital transformation being the government priority agenda, the organisation says the class of 2025 has demonstrated exceptional resilience, dedication and academic excellence reflecting the increased demand for digital skills across the country.


Guest speakers for the graduation includes, Deputy Vice Chancellor of PNG University of Technology, Professor Garry Salis, Telikom Board of Directors, Ms Janet Sios and Mr Gideon Karali amongst others.


For 16 years, Datec Learning Centre has remained committed to delivering high quality, industry aligned training that supports PNG’s digital transformation and workforce development.


This milestone adds to their growing legacy of national capacity building.
