CAPITAL Insurance Group has officially transitioned to TISA Insurance, marking a major strategic milestone in the company’s history.

The rebrand was unveiled last night at the Hilton Hotel in Port Moresby, along with the launch of a flagship medical insurance product.

Speaking the event, TISA Insurance Group Chairman, Mr Michael Koisen, said the rebrand is about more than just a name change, it is about creating a clear, modern identity that resonates across all markets.

Under the new slogan, “The Pacific’s Insurer,” the company aims to solidify its reputation for trust and community connection.

“This transition aligns us firmly with TISA Group, allowing us to leverage a stronger, more unified presence to better serve our people,” Chairman Koisen stated.

The Highlight of the event was the introduction of a new medical insurance designed specifically to fit the evolving healthcare needs of local communities

The product focuses on providing accessible and relevant health cover for everyday lives.

TISA Insurance Group CEO, Mr. Jeremy Norton, emphasized that this new product reinforces the company’s commitment to “protection that matters.”

Mr. Norton reiterated that TISA’s focus is on finding practical solutions and this new medical cover is a testament to the group’s commitment to providing security that supports the wellbeing of families across PNG and the Pacific.

Since its inception, the Financial Institution shifted from Papa Insurance to Capital Insurance to now TISA Insurance, the new chapter for the insurer, promising continued investment in customer-focused innovation.
