THE 2025 Milne Bay Outloud Music Festival is set to hit the stage at the Alice Wedega Park in the heart of Alotau township, Milne Bay Province.

Household artists in the music industry, in the likes of Sir George Telek, Richard Mogu, Saugas Band and DeeJays of Central, Patti Potts Doi and modern contemporary musicians in Archy Tazzii, Elidz Mune and others are here to vibe up the day and bring back the music and culture of the province.

The Alice Wedega or commonly known as the Alotau Basketball Court here at the heart of Alotau township has experienced the vibe over the past days and park is expected to flock with traditional and locals musicians including those from other provinces to add the taste, colour and feeling of what it means to celebrate the 3rd successful Milne Bay Outloud Music festival in the province.

The stage will also be beautified by the local sting bands and traditional sing sing groups with record of over 40-groups ready to present their talents in the coming days of the show.

Saugas, front man Allan Lee Herove said he is happy and excited to gel with the young and local artists to celebrate the festival.

Allan also told FM100 News that he has been doing his rehearsals for the past 2-months and ready to give a go.

The festival ends every 10pm in the night for the next 3-days.

Alotau Outloud Music Festival President Owen Able spoke highly of the success of the mouthpiece event in the past two years, heading into the third and more in the years to come.

Mr. Able said the purpose of the festival is to review the music and cultural activities in the province and bringing people together to share the love and maintain peace and social orders amongst each other.

The four-day events started on Wednesday, 8th of May, and will end on Sunday 11th of May.

The festival also set to boost local SMEs, and other businesses and marketing activities.
