A TOTAL of 128 students from the University of Papua New Guinea signed up for a leadership training during the World Health Day 2026 Fair with PNG Tribal Foundation at Forum Square yesterday.
The day was celebrated with student interactions with various organizations setting up awareness talks with students on access to comprehensive health information, social support services, and wellness resources.
The Senisim PNG team engaged with more than 100 students who turned up at their booth and showed interest in the leadership training in partnership with Maxwell Foundation.
Agnes Andrias, Port Moresby’s Senisim PNG team leader, said students who have signed up for the program will receive free training in order to form their own tables within their school, home, or community to run the 11 values for 11 weeks.
Tribal Foundation President GT Bustin said Senisim PNG programs are about more than awareness; they are about transformation.
“We want to inspire individuals to shift their mindset, embrace leadership, and take action for the betterment of their communities.”
Senisim PNG program is a leadership program in partnership with John Maxwell Foundation since 2022 where it was launched in the country.
The nationwide transformation program has reached over 10,000 people across the country and it has increased since January.
