2025 PNG Media Awards
The PNG Media Awards return this year to celebrate excellence in journalism and media across Papua New Guinea. Hosted by the Media Council of Papua New Guinea (MCPNG), the awards recognize outstanding contributions in print, radio, television, and online media. With 18 categories, the event honors investigative reporting, ethical journalism, and creative storytelling. This year’s awards mark a decade since the last ceremony, reinforcing the importance of media in upholding democracy and transparency in PNG.
