He also specified that RoDSS for provinces with decentralized salary functions should be entered between early February and March, with April being the deadline.

He warned teachers that, failure to submit RODSS by this time may result in automatic suspension for cleansing of incorrect entries in the Alesco payroll system.

Teachers were also advised to avoid common errors when filling out the RoDSS, such as providing incorrect position numbers, file numbers, or names, as well as submitting unsigned forms and photocopies of RoDSS will not be accepted.

The chairman also emphasized that only teachers approved by the Provincial Education Boards (PEB) for appointment and posting should complete the RoDSS, and new graduates and new commencements must meet the TSC Admission requirements before filling out the forms.
