ENB BLOCK INTACT| PLEDGE SUPPORT FOR GOVERNMENT

IN a recent turn of events this morning, all East New Britain MPs have shown their numbers in support of the Pangu-led Coalition Government.

This morning, Prime Minister James Marape and other government MPs welcomed Pomio MP Elias Kapavore back as he re-joins Pangu Party and the Government caucus.

Prime Minister James Marape in welcoming Mr Kapavore, says all five East New Britain MPs are now in government, and altogether in total, 10 Members of Pangu Party are from the New Guinea Islands Region.

In a show of strength, East New Britain Governor Michael Marum says, the province has a lot to do and achieve, and Team ENB supports Mr Kapavore’s decision to return to government.

Meanwhile, Mr Kapavore thanked the Prime Minister and Pangu Party key leader James Marape for allowing him to return, as he believes this government will continue to achieve the MTDP 4 targets whilst also acknowledging his people’s appeal for him to return to government.

MP Kapavore was defected to the opposition side three months ago, after joining the ruling coalition mid last year.
