THE 2025 Nasfund Awards Night has recognised employers across Papua New Guinea for their commitment to compliance, staff welfare and retirement savings excellence.
Speaking at the event yesterday at Hilton Hotel in Port Moresby, Nasfund Chairman Christopher Elphick said the awards celebrate strong partnerships built on trust, excellence and shared prosperity.
Six award categories were presented during the night, including Most Compliant Employer, Best Employer with Employer Voluntary Contributions, Best Employer with Member Voluntary Contributions, and the CEO and Chairmans Awards.
Employers were assessed under three categories based on monthly contribution levels, highlighting that commitment and excellence are not determined by company size.
Mr Elphick told more than 2000 employer representatives gathered at the event that shared prosperity has remained the driving force behind Nasfund’s mission over the years.
He said the partnership between employers and Nasfund continues to support the wellbeing of workers, families and communities throughout the country.
The chairman also commended HR managers, payroll officers and business leaders for their role in ensuring employees are financially supported for the future.
